Each condominium is rated either Standard, Standard Plus or Deluxe by an independent, professional company that evaluates each unit. Ratings are based on furnishings and decor in other short-term rental units throughout Snowmass and other mountain resorts in Colorado and the Western U.S. If you are looking for clean and well maintained, our Standard units offer value and comfort. Our Standard Plus rated units have received some upgrades and are a step up from Standard units. The Standard Plus category provides a fully equipped, comfortable condominium at a reasonable price. Deluxe units have had recent upgrades with designer appointments, and are the nicest units that we offer, and are often in highest demand. The deluxe category also represents the highest price point of each unit size. Enjoy on-site check-in, and daily housekeeping (service varies by season) no matter the category of unit you reserve.
